Oaksure Financial

Problem: An FSCA-authorised insurance brokerage's day-to-day ran on manual, repetitive work spread across disconnected systems.
Approach: APIs, custom scripts, and Zapier automations - built up engagement after engagement, working together since the start.
Result: A huge amount of daily work automated, so the team can focus on the key priorities of the business.

MyNextCar

Problem: A South African vehicle-access platform needed more than an app: running a rental fleet means onboarding and offboarding drivers, billing, insurance, and knowing where every vehicle is at all times.
Approach: We built the operations system end to end - driver and vehicle tracking, billing, insurance workflows, monitoring dashboards - alongside the connected-vehicle firmware and the driver-facing app.
Result: One platform supports the whole operation: drivers onboard and offboard cleanly, billing runs on time, and the team watches the fleet live.

Epicurean Advertising

Problem: An advertising agency had ideas that needed to become software - websites, custom data tools, or both - with a 14-hour time-zone gap in the way.
Approach: Multiple projects delivered iteratively, with Zoom, email, and chat overlap at the start and end of the client's day.
Result: Functional websites and custom data tools - and speedy response times the client says make him look like a genius.

Aaron Fox Law

Problem: A US law firm needed PDF automation - then kept finding more manual work and per-task Zapier fees worth eliminating.
Approach: PDF automation first; then rescuing a Google Sheets tool another freelancer had left broken; then custom integrations that made the Zapier subscription pointless; then a Google Contacts workaround their practice-management vendor couldn't build themselves.
Result: Four engagements deep, the vendor asked for the team's resume - and the Zapier bill is gone.

VinFast

Problem: VinFast needed every Electronic Control Unit in a vehicle verified during manufacturing - hardware part numbers, software part numbers, and CAN dbc versions - before it left the line.
Approach: A diagnostic tool that reads every ECU, generates reports, compares them against expected values, and reads and clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
Result: Vehicles qualified or flagged automatically on the line, ensuring high-quality production.
